Drop to chan settings after channel creation #106

Currently users are dropped to home after chan creation. This is kinda confusing as channels are hidden by default, and requires the user to know to go to the URL of their channels settings page.

This is exasperated by the fact that there is no way to currently check which channels you have been given a specific rank in.
