Add tooltip help icons to all client settings options, and add the following settings:

  • Sync Delta
  • Sync Tolerance
  • Livestream Active Sync (allow re-syncing after buffer)
  • Livestream Active Sync Tolerance
  • Minimum Chat Width (aspect-locking only)

This should also include persistent cinema-mode and user-list collapse state. While this will be handled by the settings functions, it shouldn't be part of the settings panel UX.

Simply set by clicking the icons already available in the existing UX.
