Detect when someone attempts to login/register as an old username, and immediately bring them over to the migration wizard.

The wizard should:

  • Explain Migration
  • Prompt for old password
  • Prompt for new password+confirmation
  • Create new account using migration collection info and new password
  • Delete old information from migration collection
  • Re-confirm any email address from old account

Started work on migration UI. Improved email handling: eb48b92551

Working migration page at /migration.

Next we need to add the option in the nav bar, and allow both the nav-bar prompt and login page to re-direct to a pre-filled migration page.
