Implement basic mobile layout. Nothing crazy, just handle portrait by sticking the video up top instead to the left.

Portrait mode added to channel layout: 258e71323d

While we might do some more to make the base channel functionality of video+chatting work better on mobile if necessary, I don't see us making things like the scheduler work well there.

Some things just need a keeb+mouse XP.
