Implement basic Channel-Based WebRTC Signaling, in order to facilitate instant ad-hoc peer2peer live streaming/screen-sharing.
This should only rely on STUN for now. I'd rather not burn money on a TURN server if I don't have to. Lets see how much of the community actually runs off of CGNAT before we start paying for another VPS, cuz I'm not hosting that from home.
