Re-Arrange nav-bar to put config links on left hand part of nav-bar.

Create a channelSettings icon if user is connected to channel they have rights to change settings on.

Add total user count on right hand side, second to username/log-out link.

Play around with placement of admin/settings icons to see if they work better w/ the config links or the left side w/ the username
