store toke statistics for each !toke command within respective user account document. #26

Store used command as string instead of a document ID.

Small chance we'll ever have to populate this to find information from the toke command document, and it will give us flexibility w/ channel tokes (and potentially 3rd party commands from future treez.one tokebot integration maybe eventually)
